Can I pick up my item locally to avoid shipping charges?

Not if you are buying through the webstore, no—but there is a work-around! Minor Canon works on a print-on-demand model, which means that each of our products is fabricated and shipped from the printer only when ordered by a customer. We do not maintain an inventory of products and thus are not generally able to deliver locally or to arrange pick-up. However, we periodically do batch orders of samples. If you are in Montreal and would like to order an item (or items) for pickup, your order can be added to one of these sample shipments and picked up at your convenience. This may involve slightly longer wait times than shipping direct. If you are interested in this option, contact me via saelantwerdy (at) gmail (dot) com.

Where do you ship?

Everywhere! Our printers should be able to deliver worldwide in a timely fashion. 

What shipping methods do you offer?

Shipping options are set by our printers and will be presented to you at check-out.  Once your order ships, you should receive an email with a tracking number.

Will I have to pay customs and/or duties?

Possibly. If you are located outside of Canada, your order may incur customs and duties upon arrival. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
